One of the best things about Stornoway Gin is that it tastes great on its own with a big cube of ice. Nice. But as variety truly is the spice of life, we've created some Stornoway Signatures for those of you who like to mix things up.

50ml Stornoway Gin
Top with Tonic
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Orange Twist and Basil Leaf
Glassware: Highball
Stornoway Martini
60ml Stornoway Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
Method:
Add ingredients to mixing vessel
Add ice & stir for 12-15 secs
Strain into chilled glass
Garnish
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Glassware: Nick & Nora/Martini Glass
West Coast
50ml Stornoway Gin
25ml Lime
20ml Sugar
6 Basil Leaves
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
Lightly muddle basil leaves
Add ice and shake for 10 secs
Double strain into chilled glass
Garnish
Garnish: Mint Leaf
Glassware: Coupe
Hebridean Club
50ml Stornoway Gin
15ml lemon
20ml sugar
1 Heaped Barspoon Lemon Marmalade
1 Egg white/5 dashes Foaming Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin (add egg white to seperate tin)
Stir in marmalade to incorporate
Dry shake for 6 seconds
Add ice and shake for 10 secs
Double strain over large block of ice
Garnish
Garnish: 3 drops Peychauds Bitters & Orange Twist
