Well hello there. Thank you so much for visiting our brand new website - and a very warm welcome to The Lews Distillery on the beautiful Isle of Lewis. 

We are proud to be the very first producing gin distillery on Lewis, with Stornoway Gin delivering a true taste of the spirit of the Hebrides to gin fans everywhere.

Our delicious Hebridean gin will be released for sale very soon. 

As we begin our distillery journey, which is just at the very start, we would like to thank you for your interest in us. We hope you can join us as we kick off our mission to introduce Stornoway to the world. An iconic location, and we hope a soon to be iconic gin. 

And for any of you wondering were we got our rather interesting distillery name, it was inspired by the majestic Lews Castle that sits proudly across the water from Stornoway harbour. If you have never had the pleasure of visiting, we hope one day you might - and perhaps we will get to share a sip of Stornoway Gin together as we raise a toast to new beginnings. Toiseach ùr.
